Pre-Design
Pre-design process which includes a fixed price for survey, research and client workshop. It is limited to single residences (NCC Class 1a) in the Inner West Council and City of Sydney Council areas.

- Zoom or Office Appointment with the Ballast Point Team to kick things off
- A Survey from a registered land surveyor that forms the basis of any submission for approval
- A 3d Image of the existing Structure, and allowable building envelope modelled in Archicad.
- Site inspection and research into planning constraints, property metrics and development opportunities
- A half day workshop with our team which will include brief creation, user experience mapping, researching ideas and sketching
- A detailed brief to be created on your behalf including key project objectives including budget
- Roadmap and detailed cost to proceed further through approval and detailed design phases
