Pre-design process which includes a fixed price for survey, research and client workshop. It is limited to single residences (NCC Class 1a) in the Inner West Council and City of Sydney Council areas.

  • A Survey from a registered land surveyor that forms the basis of any submission for approval
  • A 3d Image of the existing Structure, and allowable building envelope modelled in Archicad.
  • Site inspection and research into planning constraints, property metrics and development opportunities
  • A half day workshop with our team which will include brief creation, user experience mapping, researching ideas and sketching
  • A detailed brief to be created on your behalf including key project objectives including budget
  • Roadmap and detailed cost to proceed further through approval and detailed design phases

    Clients who would like to fast track the Design process to get to DA as quickly as possible.
